Kirk Cameron continues spinning a false narrative when holding book readings at libraries. This has resulted in several library’s being vilified and now one director being fired.

FEB 22ND WEDNESDAY 3days before event: Kirk announces via a Fox interview that he’s bringing two additional guest and expecting THOUSANDS
Library finds Kirk a new location at nearby church & Brave books accepts putting an announcement on their website @FIRE PLACE FELLOWSHIP
FEB 23rd THURSDAY 2 days: before event :publishers contact county and complain the liberal anti Christian library people are trying to keep him from reading his book
The county agrees to let him have the event
Kirk tells media: the city people intervened overriding the library director. The library team begins receiving threats
FEB 24 1 day FRIDAY LIBRARY IS CLOSED – not enough funding
FEB 25TH Event day is disorganized, its raining, people are outside in a line due to max capacity
It was the recipe for failure and somehow the library staff is to blame?
POST event the Library Director and staff continue to receive ALL the blame and they get their faith and political views questioned?
MARCH 14TH Kirk Cameron does another interview on Fox News vilifying the library again for the Feb event. The library begins to receive hate calls and bomb threats. The County mayor sends a cease and desist letter to publisher Brave Books.
MARCH 15TH The Library Board held a meeting open to the public, making the Library Director attend with 3 camera crews present. The 1st public attendee to speak was an investigator hired by someone to find dirt on the Library director. She did not find anything and left the people that hired her shocked when she did not read the statement they requested where she was supposed to recommend he be fired.
Allegations from Kirk Cameron of Library Director being unfriendly and like a hornet on the day of the event have never been validated by library videos.
The night prior to the meeting 3 board members resigned. One of the board members that voted to fire him had previously been the Library Board Director but she was also fired.
KIRK CAMERON IS staging attacks to gain publicity
- Cameron and Robertson deliberately staged their events at public libraries in order to attack public libraries.
- They were given a room, for free, to promote their book, and eventually got not just that space but much more, at an event that was so purposely disruptive planning had to include the police and mayor’s office.
- They then demand that the library give them, not just that room, but the entire library for the people who came to see them, with Robertson declaring it “rude” to not give them everything.
- Eventually, they get their crowd stirred up enough to take over most of the library anyway—to hell with anyone who came there expecting to, you know, use the library.
- They then requisition the entire place to shoot a series of commercials, during which they demand that the library staff stay quiet and out of the way.
- The library staff tries to let them know that the library has other needs, and that all this is causing stress for workers and patrons. Robertson and Cameron dismiss this as more rudeness.
- Robertson then calls Fox News to tell them this story as a tale of how public libraries "which have been known to host drag show events" snubbed all these good Christians who just, you know, wanted to take over their place, use it for their promotional book tour, and shoot a few commercials.
- Fox writes this all up as a story of how the library hates Christians, hates their community, and doesn’t want Christian authors to bring family-friendly tales to an adoring audience.
- The library, with absolute predictability, receives multiple death threats, bomb threats, and calls for everyone there to be fired, killed, or both.
- On to the next town in this good Christian event.
Right now, Cameron & Co. are high-fiving for their skill in generating precisely the kind of publicity they set out to create on this tour. Meanwhile, the library staff of a small, conservative city are left facing death threats, and some of them will almost certainly lose their jobs.
